II. USE OF COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

When you use or interact with our Services, we collect information using cookies, clear gifs/web beacons, device identifiers, web storage, and similar technologies.

     Cookies are small data files stored by your browser, used to understand navigation, remember preferences and purchases, recognize you (including when redeeming third-party offers), and tailor/improve your experience.

     Clear gifs/web beacons are pixel-sized graphics in webpages/documents/emails that help us understand engagement (e.g., when an email is viewed), and honor offers when navigating from third-party sites.

These technologies allow us (and analytics/advertising partners) to associate navigational data and interactions—online and offline—with personal information you provide (e.g., name, address, email, survey responses) and to deliver communications we believe may interest you. You can opt out of some advertising via our cookie banner. You may also visit Retention.com’s opt-out site to opt out of certain advertising.

We and/or our analytics/advertising providers may use the following cookie types:

     Strictly Necessary – essential for core functionality;

     Functional – recognize you and provide enhanced features;

     Performance & Analytics – improve Services and understand use (we use Google Analytics and others);

     Advertising – tailor and measure ads.

Most browsers let you control cookies. Blocking/deleting cookies may impact features. If you change devices/browsers or delete cookies, you’ll need to re-set preferences.

You can review cookie types and change non-essential cookie preferences via Manage Preferences (cookie banner) or Privacy Choices in the site footer. Link placeholder: (#)

III. INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING

We and third parties may collect information about your online activities to provide advertising tailored to your interests across websites/services and offline (e.g., direct mail). Third-party partners may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies to gather information about interactions with our Services and elsewhere, and use that information to deliver targeted ads.

You can control these technologies via browser/device settings and our Privacy Choices link. To learn about opting out from interest-based ads generally, visit:
