Wear pads for an occasional leak under heavy physical stress. Where are the thick ones for comfort not because I need them. This underwear is perfect no more pads. And very comfortable.

These are really nice!
Their reported size of XL fits like a large. Suggest you go up one size for a truly perfect, comfortable fit that stops the embarrassing dribbles pant spot.

After 10 years of wearing disposable pull-ups and trying the occasional reusable absorbent shorts, these are the closest to ideal for me.
I’m 79 and have mild to moderate post prostatectomy incontinence. For day to day use they work very well for me and are very comfortable. When I do more strenuous activities, ,pickleball or weightlifting in gym I need a bit of extra protection. They are now my everyday standard.
